As part of the care plans, nurses need to order tests (on behalf of doctors) for patients to pathology, radiology, physios.

Patients could also be referred to Diabeles education department, dietetians, infection conrol, chaplins etc.

Nurses also need to place orders for other services like Wardsmen, Plumbers, Electricians, Handymen, Hospitality, Equipment Maintenance etc.

Most of the orders, referrals are for patients. However,  the services could be for a particular location.
