Hospital Management Software -Theaters

Most of the hospitals have multiple theaters and number of doctors performing procedures.

There are mainly two parts of the process.

Doctor's sessions booking and scheduling

Doctors book sessions in the theaters. For example doctor Dolittle may say I will perform procedures once a fortnight every Tuesday from 10 AM to 11 AM.

Having made such arrangement, the doctor will send the details of the patients he/she is going to operate upon.

The hospital will schedule the procedure, assign the anaethetist if required and other appropriate personnel to assist the doctor.

The hospital also needs to provide the necessary equipment based on the preference cards.

Finally, the hospital needs to make sure that the recovery ward is able to take the patient after procedure is performed and the the bed should be available in ICU or an appropriate ward for the after care,
